What is included in the cost of my registration?
Included in the cost of your registration is the 3-day conference access. You are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday and will have breakfast provided on Monday and Tuesday.
Are meals included with my registration?
Yes, we are hosting a Welcome Cocktail reception on Sunday evening which you are invited to attend. Breakfast will be provided on Monday and Tuesday.
Can I cancel my registration?
Please note that all sales are final and we cannot provide any refunds in the event that you cannot attend the conference.
Can I purchase tickets when I get to the meeting?
Unfortunately, you cannot purchase tickets when you arrive to the conference. We strongly encourage you to purchase your ticket as soon as possible as the conference will sell out.
Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?
Yes, our agenda page will have the most up to date information on business sessions, presentations, and guest speakers.
What is the difference between the 3 registration options?
You will notice that there are 3 registration options. The first is the Action Takers Ticket which will be limited to the first 50 registrants. These registrants will receive a discounted ticket price of $845 contingent upon participating in the W Hoboken room block. The second option is the Early Bird Ticket price which will be offered to those who do not wish to participate in the W Hoboken room, but still want to take advantage of a discounted ticket price of $995 (offer expires June 30, 2024). And the final option is the Standard Ticket price, which offers a full ticket price of $1095 for those who register after June 30, 2024. (no accommodation requirement).
